I've got a wx10 and I can't find any problems with it. I like to buy what I think will do the job and form my own opinions. It has pumped water over 100 metres, even my chinese 1" pump has pumped water to 80 metres until it shipped itself. Herb

Herb. "Until it shipped itself"? I reckon I'll just rest my case and stick to doing my homework. Regards. Geoff/.bbungy2.

pumps always feel heavier on the way home - the other day after a long hike out of the bush my knees went wobbly - and it wasnt from having to carry the small amount of gold i found...............

Yep! And my WX10 is still for sale. Not a thing wrong with it and goes like a beauty. Just a bit spoilt is all. And as far as Bungy is concerned it was a little chinese 1" pump that shipped itself. It was pumping water 80 metres. Herb

Has anyone had anythink to do with this Pump GX25 This is a fantastic small size pump with a really big heart and a 4-stroke engine! The actual "Pump Wet End" is manufactured by Koshin in Japan and the motor is by Honda so you know that you are buying quality. The pump end is heavy duty cast aluminium and it will withstand the rough and tumble of everyday work. The 4-stroke GX25 engine is easy to start and everything is mounted on a sturdy base frame ready for work. This pump is ideal for pumping diesel fuel, water for irrigation and, of course as a small fire fighting pump. The fuel tank hold 0.7L and this is sufficient for about 1 hour of operation. The pump is capable of a flow of 110 litres per minute at 10m of head or, 65 litres per minute at 25m of head so it really does provide a working flow. Perfect as a light weight pump for fighting spot fires. www.irrigationwarehouse.com.au/prod293.htmDavid

Also Geoff has posted that these are a good pump and the price also looks good.
Subaru/Aussie pump 4stroke model QO1EHO25 (1" model) delivers max'head of 42 metres (70psi),max flow 110l/min weiht 5.2kg. If you are in the Ballarat area they can be found for $420.00.
I will have to pick as for the price I had yesterday was for the GX-25 for $500 not for the QX-10

Interesting to see that of these Honda pumps, no two are almost the same. They all seem to be 'parts bin specials'. My WX10 is different to that, and I've seen other WX10's that are different to mine.
Still, it's a great no-fuss pump, easy to start, and definitely pumps water with decent pressure.
