Gidday Jamie, i totally agree mate, as i privatly said to Andy, this trip was to try and get my head right, i work with disabled adults, onee with a behaviour hit me from behind, i am a tough prick, but for some reason it bonked me mentally abit, i now suffer with, Anxciety with pannic attacks/depression, i now cannot focus on anyy one thing, i have decided to sell my detector and spend the rest of the year with my Doctor and Phycoligist to try and get me right again, i have it severe so its not going to be an easy fix. I am spewing but i need to concintrate on me rather than my hobbies, only getting 85% of my wage on workcover so i need the dollars right now. I will bounce back mate but for now, prospecting is third, me then family are first.
I will still be on our forum here to keep an eye on you lot Jamie.
I am not asking or seeking sympathy, its just to let you know i won,t be posting trips for quite some time.
Cheers all, its been fun
Lenny

Look after yourself Lenny . Been there , done that so I know what you are going through . Hang in there and you can and will beat it . The family can play a big role in your recovery . Cheers , Ron
Also found that this hobby was a great way to relax and get your mind off other things Ron
