Were you in National park??
To my knowledge there are very few, if any places around Kosciuszko that you can prospect.

Hi Blake1901.
Good to hear you where outside the Park. That's all my home territory, beautiful area. I know exactly what the rangers are like around Khancoban. There are lots of areas down there that are outside the Park boundaries that carry good gold. Not a bad outing, keep the pics coming.

When you said you were at Kosiosko I cringed as I assumed that you would have been in the national park. But thankfully you were not. That's some nice chunky bits of gold there, congratulations and well done. If I'd have found gold like that I would itching to get back out there even in this lousy weather. Rowdy
