Has anyone had any experience with those small 2 stroke water pumps? Cheap and light. Wondering about the noise from them and the actual water output.

I have a 33cc pump for my high banker it's light weight easy to walk into a remote area with it in a robust backpack and yes it's as noisy as a wiper sniper , it will pump about 205 Lt a min also will pump about 50mt up hill and it still gave me a good flow of water, haven't tried it at a 100mt yet also the petrol cans is heaver than the pump that's why you need a robust backpack .

Hia, I've had a couple of the small 2strokes and yes easy all round but the fuel can. Noise is quite deffening and fatiguing. I moved to larger 7hp chinese pump although alot more bulk i can run all day on 1lt of fuel and still have the same weight as fuel can and 2stroke motor together. Just not the mobility, but im also happy to do couple trips to and from the car or depending on area im going ill packin the wheel barrow too.

Nothing like being out in a remote location, wind in the trees, birds singing and a noisy 2 stroke screaming it's head off in your ear. The noise was one of my concerns.

I run 10m of 2inch layflat from motor to banker and can only just hear it run at full throttle. Slight breeze yep no motor noise just the tree tops russling and the cutting of the shovel blade into gravels.
