Just finished makeing the riffles but now getting time to get out there to try them

I am a days drive from the nearest soil type that would be the general type that you would sluice, so I make all the things I test, recycle, and I have about 5 buckets of dirt from previous trips. So it has been run many times, it is full of shot, tex crews, class, and a few copper washers etc, that have been added, so I can see if my riffles have stoped them, and if it was the first or middle or last one. Hope your test goes well, end of the day, if your happy with it. a another good day. Cheers

That's a good idea putting those sort of things in the bucket of dirt and then testing I think I'll do the same

I always use a combination of both. I have two sets of riffles to use depending on the conditions. One with Hungarian and one with standard "Z" shape (pic). I always end with some expanded metal at the end. Russ Attachments:

In my opinion "for what it's worth" expanded metal is a waste of time. They clog up and a lot of gold goes over the top Use riffle bars Flying Scott

It would be great to see your highbanker in action 360search and maybe some others in action it would great for us rookie's to see them in action I no ever one has there own idea but to see them working would be great thank you if you guys would this ?
