Hi all this is a machine that dissolves clay, classifies material and acts as a gold drum for oversize gold. It feeds a gold cube. The aim was to make a machine that can be fed with a shovel flat out. In gravel it flies along in clay I just wait a bit between shovels to make sure all the clay is beaten up. It is made from a bosch front loader with belt drive electric scooter motor on 12 v runs about 7.5 amp fully loaded also works with chain drive windscreen motor. The photo shows testing at creswick. It has since been mounted on a barrow for ease of use . A slight tilt back ensures it acts like a gold drum

Finished product powered by a honda 12v generator and a battery . I use the little generator to keep battery topped up. Total project cost including spare windscreen wiper motor generator b3 batteries and barrow cost me 120 dollars excluding gold cube. If anyone wants more info just reply or pm "Washesrocks" Great I like its able to be floated into spots instead of bush bashing..

Has anyone seen anything like this? It is simple to recirculate the water I use a kiddies clam pool, so high benches, dessert etc can be worked with about 80 litres of water. Also it works as a stand alone machine where you can just remove the fines from the barrow to be processed somewhere else . sampling is easy to just throw the pan under washer outlet. It would be interesting to see what you other prospectors think.
