That's got more mines on it than what's on the map books you can buy. And its got the name of the mines so you can go straight to Digs and look it up. This is great.

Good link! Found an other mine "location" not far from my place. Might go out for a drive today for a look see... Hopefully there's something to see.
Spotted an other couple aswell but they apear to be on private property :-|

Then select "DIGS" Search and enter your search terms and you will find an absolute mine of information. www.dpi.nsw.gov.au/mineralsThis is where all the old mines reports, geoplogical survey reports and much more is available. Other important sources are old newspaper records etc. Research, research and more Research is the key to finding the goodies. Cheers Ric
