gday went out yesterday with highbanker to try after about four hours shovelling ended up with a nice bit lots of rocks and steep banks and very cold the place looks promising ill wait till it warms up a bit before i hit it again cheers

Gee your bloody keen mate, it is frigging freezing this time of year up there, we still have the spring rains and snow melts to come yet, this all meens floods which will replenish our little deposits there, i think Andy said some will be heading up there early October, hopefully I can make it there then. I have to agree with you Stinkypete, you would have to have antyfreze for blood, and the skin of a platerpuss. And a little cabin with a fireplace and a Keg of rum. And that is befor you leave Melbourne to go to the cold. I was thinking of your trip to Dunolly coming up, I bet Ice is not on the top of the things to take. Phillip were you camping there or is it a day trip for you. Lab

not really mate not as much as i should i do like it its just trying to find the time for a decent trip and theres not a lot of places up this way

Yeah i understand mate, can,t wait to get back to Eldorado again, hopefully the creek gets aa good flooding in spring for our new deposits mate.
