Welcome to Alluvial Gold Prospectors.
Alluvial Gold Prospectors is a family orientated group of like minded people. Therefore a Code of Conduct is in place to ensure all members and their families can enjoy themselves in pleasant surroundings, either in the forum, or on group trips. Please consider others and conduct yourself in a civil manner.
Code of Conduct:
No Foul Language. Only ONE warning will be given!
No business promotion. By Management approval only!
No political posts. Unless associated with prospecting!
Special Note: Dredging is illegal in Australia as far as normal everyday prospecting by Miners Right holders is concerned. As such, Admin requests members not to post messages that show or refer to the use of dredges or post photos or video clips of eductor dredges in action. Such posts, photos or videos will be deleted.
The following activities WILL result in instant membership cancellation!
Posting messages or photos about any illegal activities you may be involved in - e.g. Illicit drugs, etc.
Racial Discrimination.
Posting porn or spam.
Links to Porn Sites or Web Pages containing Paedophilia material, Viruses, Trojans, Key loggers etc.
Online stalking against another member or members.
Abusive or threatening behaviour towards another member or members.
Disclaimer & Field Code Of Conduct:
The management of the Alluvial Gold Prospectors (AGP) can not be help responsible, for any mishap which may happen to a member while on a group field trip. All attendees are fully responsible for their own safety and their own actions. It is expected that each attending member and invited guest conduct themselves within the laws which may be in place and in a civil manner. All people attending are expected to abide by the AGP Field Code of Conduct.
Abusive or threatening behavior towards another member or members on a group field trip, will NOT be tolerated!
Field Code Of Conduct:
* To respect and function within the law of the land.
* Respect the rights and beliefs of others.
* Take your waste home.
* Leave the environment as you found it, fill in your holes.
* Embrace the heritage of prospecting in Australia
* Create an open and honest forum between other groups, organisations and agencies.
Rules regarding number of memberships per person
Only One (1) membership per person is permitted. Anyone found to be registering multiple memberships will have their memberships disabled. Multiple usernames by administrators is acceptable for testing and similar purposes only.
Persons breaching the code of conduct may be removed or suspended from the site at the discretion of no less than 3 members of the administration team.
Persons acting irresponsibly on issues not covered within the code of conduct will be assessed by at least three (3) managers and appropriate action may be applied as deemed necessary.
