How many of you (members) can actually read a stream. I made a certain comment back in 2011, about the flow of a stream. You had the nerve to compare Aust. streams to American Streams. Well, again, The rivers in the great US of A; only run as fast as the rain they are receiving. Rain, slope and incline determines the rate of the river. So what if USA rivers are larger, faster and wider. The result of ALL rivers are the same, though not as fast, they (in Aust) are still capable of stirring up a mess when flooded and uncovering alluvium. They don't have to compare with the streams in USA, they only have to flood and rip the banks apart. So get out there and start reading what the recent rains have delivered. There is gold and it's waiting to be found

No matter how fast, wide, deep rivers are they all deliver the same gold and in the same places of all other rivers. It's like fishing. You cant catch fish in a river that has no fish. Need I say any more ? Flying Scott
