I'm heading back to the New England area to do some fossicking. Nundle, Uralla, perhaps Glen Innes if I get time. I've made some modifications to my sluice which should help (on my previous trip it was blowing out a fair bit of fine gold - my fault!).
I was up there in May and panned 0.6g in three hours from one large crevice, for a total of 1.6g across 3 days (there'll be more about the sluice in a future post). With a bit of luck no one has found the crevices that I didn't have time to clean out :-)
When I return I'll post the (rather nice) photos from my trip in May, and this trip.
